Scope and Definitions

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonus offers issued by Xhjili. They apply to every bonus, free spin, and promotional credit that accompanies a wagerable promotion unless otherwise stated in the offer notice. By accepting a bonus, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and any specific rules stated in the promotion.

Eligibility and Account Integrity

• Only eligible account holders may participate in bonus offers. Each bonus is issued to a single account and cannot be transferred or assigned. Duplicate accounts, including those created from the same device or network, may be grounds for bonus confiscation and account termination.

No Deposit Bonuses

• Maximum wins: The maximum amount you may win from a no-deposit bonus is USD 5,000 or the equivalent in your currency, subject to the offer’s stated cap. Any amount exceeding the cap will be removed from your balance.
• Wagering requirements: The no-deposit bonus and any winnings derived from it must be wagered 45 times before withdrawal, unless a different rate is stated in the offer. Wagers are applied to the bonus balance first and then to real funds where applicable.
• Withdrawal restrictions: Winnings from a no-deposit bonus may be withdrawn only after meeting the wagering requirements. In some cases, withdrawals of such winnings may be restricted to certain payment methods.
• Verification: We reserve the right to request documents to verify identity and ownership of funds prior to payout. Methods of verification may include government ID, proof of address, and, for card deposits, front and back images or other required card details.
• Disallowed participation: Players using disposable or temporary email addresses are not eligible for no-deposit free spins. If the bonus is credited in error, winnings may be forfeited.
• Fraud and abuse: Any action deemed as bonus abuse, including multiple accounts, collusion, or manipulation of wagering requirements, may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and may lead to account suspension or termination.
• Validity and cancellation: No-deposit bonuses are subject to expiry as defined in the offer terms. Xhjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion and at any time without prior notice.

Deposit Bonuses (Welcome and Ongoing)

• Eligibility and minimum deposit: To receive a deposit bonus, a qualifying minimum deposit is required as specified in the offer. The standard minimum is stated in the individual promotion notice and may vary by currency.
• Activation: To use a deposit bonus, navigate to your account, open the bonus section, activate the desired promotion, and then make the qualifying deposit. The bonus will be credited to your dashboard or bonus balance accordingly.
• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to wagering of 45 times the sum of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds, unless stated otherwise in the offer. Different games contribute differently toward wagering; slots typically contribute fully unless excluded by the offer.
• Game eligibility and contributions: Some game categories are excluded from bonus wagering, including, but not limited to, Jackpot, Instant Games, and Live Casino. Contributions of each game type may vary by offer.
• Penalty for cancellation or withdrawal: You may still withdraw funds deposited prior to meeting wagering requirements, but any bonus funds and related winnings may be voided if the wagering requirements are not completed. Real funds are spent first during wagering when both real and bonus funds are available.
• Time limits: Deposit bonuses are available for seven days from activation; free spins and other non-deposit bonuses typically have a 24-hour validity from credit, unless stated otherwise.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: During wagering on a bonus, the maximum permissible bet is the amount specified in the offer. If not stated, normal wager limits apply as per the casino policy.
• Bonus stacking and cancellation: Only one bonus can be active at a time. Bonuses related to deposits do not stack with other deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated. A bonus may be canceled by you or by the operator if you violate the terms or engage in prohibited activity.
• Winnings cap and mixed bonuses: The maximum win from a deposit bonus remains subject to the cap defined in the offer; for mixed bonuses, the initial bonus amount is returned to real balance before the remainder of winnings is credited, subject to the overall cap.

Free Spins

• Activation and eligibility: Free spins issued as part of a bonus package must be activated in the designated section of the account and used within the time frame stated in the offer. If not activated within the window, free spins expire.
• Wagering: Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement of 45 times unless the promotion states otherwise. Free spins winnings may convert to cash once wagering obligations are met, depending on the offer terms.
• Usage and expiry: Free spins must be used in the specified games listed in the offer and within the expiration period. Unused free spins and associated winnings may be forfeited if the offer lapses.

General Bonus Rules

• One bonus per person, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion. Duplicate accounts or other devices may be deemed fraudulent and result in bonus confiscation.
• Account verification and compliance: We may require identity confirmation via video verification or submission of documents to verify ownership of accounts and payment methods used for bonuses.
• Non-eligible players: Some jurisdictions are restricted from participating in promotions. If you are ineligible, the offer will not be credited to your account.
• Discretion to amend: Xhjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer, or adjust wagering requirements at any time without prior notice. Changes apply to new and existing bonuses as of the change date.
• Disputes and finality: All bonus-related decisions are final. Resolution of disputes will be conducted in good faith by Xhjili in accordance with applicable law.

Restrictions on Gameplay and Strategy

• Game contributions: When wagering with bonuses, different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% unless excluded. Other games contribute as defined in the offer or policy.
• Strategic play and risk management: Minimal-risk staking strategies that artificially influence wagering progress may be deemed fraudulent. Examples include hedging bets across multiple outcomes in a single spin or hand.
• Bonus abuse: The use of any tactic deemed fraudulent or exploitative may lead to forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and may result in account suspension or termination.

Withdrawals and Settlement

• Withdrawal of bonus winnings is permitted only after meeting all wagering requirements unless the offer specifies otherwise. If a withdrawal is attempted before completing wagering, bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited.
• Payment methods and processing: Bonus-related withdrawals follow standard processing timelines. In all cases, withdrawals are subject to verification and internal review before approval.
• Balance handling: Bets placed during wagering draw on both real and bonus funds as applicable. If real funds are exhausted, bets may be drawn from bonus funds; winnings from bonus wagering are credited to the bonus balance until wagering is completed.

Fraud, Compliance, and Investigation

Xhjili reserves the right to monitor activity suspected of fraud, collusion, or other prohibited conduct. Any user found to be engaging in bonus abuse, fraudulent strategies, or exploitation of a system defect may have bonuses and winnings canceled and may face account suspension or termination. All deposit and bonus activity is subject to review, and final decisions rest with Xhjili.

Changes to Terms

Xhjili may amend these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply to new promotions immediately and to existing promotions on the effective date published for those offers. It is the user’s responsibility to review the current terms before participating in a promotion.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from bonus offers shall be resolved by the operator in accordance with internal dispute resolution procedures and, where applicable, by the governing law of the licensing jurisdiction.
