Sportsbook Rules

1. General Rules

These Betting Rules govern the use of Xhjili’s sportsbook. They apply to every End User who places a bet or otherwise interacts with the sportsbook. The Operator may modify the site, wagering limits, payout limits and available offerings without prior notice, and such changes apply to bets placed after publication. English language terms prevail in the event of any inconsistency with translations.

1.1 Applicability and Amendments

The Rules form a binding agreement between the End User and Xhjili. By using the sportsbook, the End User confirms familiarity with and acceptance of these Rules. The Operator may update or supplement these Rules at any time, and updated terms apply to future betting.

1.2 Compliance with Law

The operation of the sportsbook is subject to the applicable laws and regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction in which Xhjili operates. If a bet or part of the service is prohibited by law in a given jurisdiction, the Operator may suspend or void related bets.

1.3 Age, Identity and Eligibility

Only individuals of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction may use the sportsbook. It is the End User’s responsibility to provide truthful information and to complete any identity or age verification the Operator reasonably requires. The Operator may suspend or close accounts found to be held by underage persons or by persons who fail to provide requested verification.

1.4 Definitions

For the purposes of these Rules, the following terms have the meanings set below: End User, Bet, Stake, Market, Event, Outcome, Odds, Winnings, Cashout, Live Bet, Prematch Bet, Bet Builder, System, Express, and related terms used in these Rules.

1.5 Data Accuracy and Reliance

Xhjili relies on official event data and internal statistical calculations to settle bets. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. Bets affected by obvious errors may be voided or settled in accordance with these Rules. Claims must be submitted in accordance with the dispute provisions herein.

2. Account, Registration and Security

2.1 Account Access and Ownership

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The End User is responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity on their account, including bets placed and payments made through the account.

2.2 Verification and KYC

The Operator may require identity verification, address verification and payment-method verification prior to and after account registration. The End User shall cooperate with such requests and provide documentation as reasonably requested by Xhjili. Failure to comply may result in account limitation or closure.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

Use of automated betting systems, scripts, or third-party tools to place bets is forbidden. Multiple accounts by a single individual or shared access across entities is prohibited. Breach may result in denial of bets, withholding of winnings, or account closure.

3. Bets and Market Rules

3.1 Basis for Bet Acceptance

Bets are accepted on the Line displayed on the Xhjili site as of the moment of betting. Bets may be placed before an event starts; live bets may be placed on events currently in progress in accordance with these Rules.

3.2 Line Changes and Finality

The Operator may alter odds, totals, limits and other line components at any time. Bets placed before such changes will be settled in accordance with the Line in effect at the time the bet was accepted. Bets placed after a line change are subject to the new terms.

3.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

The minimum bet for all events is 0.50 USD unless otherwise stated in the current betting line. Maximum bets are per-event and per-bet type and may be adjusted by the Operator without notice. The Operator may impose additional restrictions on any bet or group of bets as required by risk management or regulatory obligations.

3.4 Valueless Bets and Known Outcomes

A bet placed on an event the outcome of which is already known or determinable at the moment of placement shall be void and refunded. Prematch bets placed after the event has started will be settled with odds of 1.00 where permitted by type of bet.

3.5 Live Bets and Real-Time Settlement

Live bets are settled based on real-time data and statistics as determined by Xhjili. Bets on events not participating in the competition or not covered by official data may be void. Claims related to live bets must be submitted within 24 hours from the start of the event. If an event is interrupted or not completed within 48 hours, bets settled up to the interruption may be treated as final; unsettled outcomes may be re-evaluated only in accordance with these Rules.

3.6 Disruptions, Postponements and Replays

In the event of a postponement beyond 48 hours, bets on the affected match or map may be settled with odds of 1.00 unless a different official result is published. If a match is interrupted and resumed within 48 hours, bets remain valid and are settled according to the final result. If a match is replayed within 48 hours, bets on results determined prior to interruption are settled on the basis of the interrupted score, with remaining bets settled at odds of 1.00. If the match has not started, all map results may be void and settled at 1.00.

3.7 Disqualification and Forfeit Rules

If a participant or team is disqualified for cheating, misconduct or forfeit, bets on that event may be settled at odds of 1.00. Where a fair-play basis exists to reassess results, Xhjili reserves the right to revalue bets within 10 days of the official release of the new result. After that window, no claims will be accepted regarding recalculation.

3.8 Event Format Changes

If the planned format of a match (maps, sets, rounds, or duration) changes, bets on map markets may be settled at standard odds of 1.00 for match markets. Bets on the overall match may be settled according to the official final result after the alteration.

3.9 Void and Non-Qualifying Bets

Bets may be voided in accordance with the Betting Rules if a selection or market is invalid or not eligible. The Organizer may void or adjust bets in cases of fraud, error, or market integrity concerns.

4. Bet Types and Settlement

4.1 Single Bets

A Single bet is a wager on a single outcome of a single event. Payout is the stake multiplied by the odds. A correctly predicted single wins; otherwise, the stake is lost.

4.2 Express (Combo) Bets

An Express comprises two or more independent outcomes. All selections must win for the Express to pay. The total payout is the stake multiplied by the combined odds of all selections.

4.3 System Bets

A System is a collection of multiple Expresses formed from a fixed set of outcomes. The stake is distributed across Expresses, and winnings are calculated as the sum of the winning Expresses. Losing any required element may reduce or negate winnings depending on the System configuration. Examples: 2/3 System (three selections yield three 2-fold Expresses), 3/6 System (six selections yield twenty 3-fold Expresses).

4.4 Bet Builder

Bet Builder allows combining multiple Markets within a single Event. Each Market must be predicted correctly for the Bet Builder to win. Availability and terms are at the Operator’s discretion and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice. If any component is void, the remaining components may continue to be settled in accordance with these Rules.

4.5 Special Bet Formats

Special multi-market combinations such as Trixie, Yankee, Canadian, Heinz and related structures may be offered. Each format’s payout is calculated as the stake multiplied by the total odds of the component bets. Details are displayed in the bet slip prior to acceptance.

4.6 Live Bets

Live bets are governed by the Live Bets provisions. Odds are dynamic and may change between selection and acceptance. The Operator may void or adjust live bets to reflect official data in the event of discrepancies.

4.7 Cash Out

Cash Out is an optional feature allowing early settlement of a bet (Single or Combo) before event completion. Availability varies by bet and market and may be withdrawn temporarily or permanently. Cash Out requires an active sell offer and the End User’s confirmation. Cash Out terms may change over time at the Operator’s discretion.

4.8 Early Payout

Early Payout allows settlement of selected bets before the final result if predefined conditions are met. Availability, eligible markets, and settlement rules are indicated on the event page or in the My Bets area. Early Payout is at the sole discretion of Xhjili and may be removed without notice.

5. Payouts, Odds and Rounding

5.1 Odds and Payouts

Odds are quoted at the time a bet is accepted and include the potential winnings. If a bet is subject to an Exotic or multi-market structure, payout is calculated in accordance with the applicable formula for that structure.

5.2 Rounding

If a payout calculation involves more than two digits after the decimal point, the final payout will be rounded to the second decimal place.

6. Disputes, Claims and Complaints

6.1 Claims Window

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted within 30 days from the conclusion of the relevant event. Claims received after this period may be refused unless expressly required by applicable law.

6.2 Evidentiary Standards

Settlement decisions rely on official event data and internal records. Where discrepancies arise, Xhjili will rely on official sources and internal logs. Where a decision is warranted, the Operator shall communicate its reasoning and supporting data to the End User upon request.

6.3 Correction of Errors

If an error in odds, scores or event data is detected, the Operator reserves the right to correct such errors within a reasonable period and adjust related bets accordingly, including voiding affected bets where appropriate.

7. Limits, Restrictions and Account Actions

7.1 Bet Limits

The Operator may set minimum and maximum bets per event and per bet type. Changes may be made without notice to reflect risk management needs or regulatory requirements.

7.2 Right to Refuse Bets or Close Accounts

Xhjili reserves the right to refuse to accept bets from any End User, to close or suspend any account, and to impose limitations on betting activity or payout eligibility without prior notice or explanation where reasonable grounds exist, including due to suspicious activity, regulatory concerns or breach of these Rules.

7.3 No Refunds for Violations

Bets placed in violation of these Rules or under prohibited circumstances may be void, and winnings may be withheld without liability to the End User.

8. Data, Integrity and Third-Party Data

8.1 Use of Data

Xhjili uses reputable data sources to determine event outcomes. In the absence of disclosed data sources, data may be provided by the Operator and its partners. All data is used for settlement in good faith and is subject to these Rules.

8.2 Live Data and Transmission

Live data is transmitted in real time. Where data is delayed or incomplete, bets may be settled based on the best available data as determined by the Operator.

9. Miscellaneous

These Rules are written in English. If conflicting versions exist in other languages, the English version governs for interpretation and application of these Rules.

9.2 Entire Agreement; Governing Law

These Rules, together with any applicable terms of service and privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between the End User and Xhjili regarding the sportsbook. The governing law and dispute resolution framework shall be the one applicable to the Operator’s licensing jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights of consumers under local law.
